A single spot on the registration form for the org to request, and therefore for the family to upload, all files.
I know I have been asking for this for many months. It would make it easier for families to locate the spot both to upload, and to replace documents. It's amazing how many people struggle looking for the spot to upload their docs.
With new organizations creating so many upload fields, Randolph has a few but I've seen other orgs such as Berkeley with many more, is there anything we can do to make this easier for families? There's been an increase in emails/calls regarding how to upload, upload not saving ( spinning wheel), documents being sent in to support due to the "difficulty" of uploading. The programs are mainly enrollment/kindergarten programs.
