STILL WAITING FOR THIS ADDITION TO FEES BY CATEGORY REPORT. YOU HAVE BASICALLY BEEN OFF FOR A YEAR AND I SEE THAT MOST SUGGESTIONS ARE NOT BEING IMPLEMENTED. MAYBE YOU NEED TO HIGHER MORE CODERS OR JUST GET BETTER ONES WHO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX.
