The only option for "Game Reports" is which official is required to submit the report. Not every organization needs or uses these reports and it causes confusion when officials use the "Game Report" to document something that should be reported through another required protocol. There is currently no way to disable this requirement, only select which official is notified to submit the report, whether it is needed or not.
