Make Invoices payable by Credit Card

Invoices that are generated by assigners in their groups can be paid by credit card if they have a processing account linked to their group.

The hassle that Assigners/Associations go through to collect assigning fees, booking fees, dues, etc. will be greatly reduced if the invoices were payable with a credit card. Currently many assigners are having to juggle between different softwares (Quickbooks, PayPal, Venmo, etc.), not to mention checks that are mailed to keep track of who has paid and who has not. Having the invoices that are generated in Arbiter payable by Credit Card gives allows everything to be streamlined and can also be tied into eligibility. If an official has not paid his invoice then that official is not in good standing and is not eligible to work games. Assigners and officials would both know that invoices could be paid extremely quickly if the invoice was functional.

I am in absolute agreement for this for bookkeeping and record purposes. We currently also accept by check and cash but having the ability to see what you owe and pay immediately would greatly improve cash flow and timely payments

I absolutely support this. We currently get dues by check, credit card, and even cash. Invoicing via Arbiter, even with a small service fee, makes sense. I would like the ability to have the invoices reflect different amounts. We have different levels of dues, and we have credits available to members that will affect their individual amounts to pay.
