We need to be able to easily see, or create a report, to see any information that has been changed within their account. More specifically if they change any auto-filled information. Contact info, address, insurance, etc

We require an annual registration that gathers all student medical and emergency information (phone numbers, addresses, insurance, etc). Currently we have to open each individual registration and compare it to the information currently in the school database, then update if there is a change. This takes A LOT of time.
