When you make changes to a game in Arbiter if there are officials assigned to it, you can force those officials to re-accept the games. I think it would be a good idea to have the same functionality for events.

This year I scheduled an event for March 25th and over half of the invitees accepted it right away. Then COVID-19 happened so we had to change the date of the event to June 24th. So I think it would be useful to force the invitees who accepted it for the March date to re-accept it now that it is in June, because they may have been available in March but they may not be available in June. This makes it so we have an accurate headcount for who will be there. |
