Add a call back for debit card issues which happen regularly

Have a call back number to assist with trouble businesses who take you funds and say your card was declined

Whenever I try to use my card and a business takes my money and says oh your card was declined which I know I had funds available now I’m charged a dollar and lost my funds till I file a complaint and get them back ten days later this is terrible on behalf of arbiter
