When an invited official accepts the invitation, allow assigners to select if the accepted individual is "ready to be assigned" once accepted.

Each time a new official accepts their invite, religiously, they NEVER go in and set themselves as "ready to be assigned". "ready to be assigned" should be the default..or at least we should be able to set it as the default. |
