Be able to change the assigning fee name from "Assigning Fee" to something else like "Assessment Fee" or anything else that an association wants to call it.  These funds don't necessarily pay ONLY for the assigner and my association doesn't want it called this because the fee collected goes to pay all the bills of the association, including, but not limited to, the assigner.
