It is frustrating when I go to use the site and it is down. An email of dates and times when the site will be unavailable would be greatly appreciated. It is especially infuriating when it is down when I go to add a bank account and cannot. This is is people's money, and I know of no one that wants their pay inaccessible

The site should go down for maintenance on low traffic times, i.e. early morning like after midnight NOT on the weekend when officials need access to their account |

Carolyn, we've implemented processes to ensure maintenance notifications are provided ahead of time and are done only during downtime, when possible.
