When granting eligibilities to an official, the eligibility periods seem to be sorted in a random order. This makes it hard to find the eligibility that I want to give to the official.

To get to this page, go to the list of users, edit an official, click the eligibility periods link on the left. Click the plus sign to add the eligibility periods. The eligibility periods are sorted in an apparent random order. |

With the new eligibility components, we are working on replacing all of our legacy eligibility pages. That will address this change.
