Re-email a reminder to accept matches

Currently a reminder goes out when a slot is published. I believe a reminder is also emailed to the official if the accept by date has past. It would sure be nice to be able to mass email a reminder to all officials who have not accepted games.

History of a slot

This is a bit different from the other idea submitted called Display Slot History. We would like to see who has been in a slot - say we assigned it to ref A, but they declined it on 6/7/19, then we assigned it to ref B, they accepted it on 6/8/1...

Page numbers on lists

Sort Order of Eligibility Icons

The order the eligibility icons appear is random. We would like them the occur in a specific order so that it's easier for us to see if an official meets the minimum eligibilities.
