Simple edit of "Game Detail Report" Page so it or part of it can be easily printed out as a crew list .

Switch the "Status" and "Position" Column so that the "Official" (Name) Column and "Position" column are adjacent. Additionally add a column that includes the official's photo is it exists next to Position.
