Add a few new categories to the "Worker Type" when assigning event workers.

I'd like to see some additional options in the "Worker Type" dropdown menu. Here are some examples: for bball & vball - JV Referee for XC & Track - Timer, Starting Line Official (or Starter), Finish Line Official, Course Monitor Thanks!
