contact block official

When assigning a official if a school contact blocked the official it does not make it apparent on the issue, it says the official blocked the school even though it was actually the contact.

Customize Evaluation reminder email

We would like the ability to customize the email that gets sent out as a reminder for officials, also including the ability to dictate what assigner sent the email instead of going off the main admin

Email reminder for AG event that is listed as "Practice" does not show as practice when sent to followers,

When an event is added to AG as a practice and people are notified about that practice, they receive a game email reminder that makes it seem like there is a game not a practice occurring.

No longer allow user to edit site names/addresses

i don't believe users should be allowed to change site names or addresses because it messes up other users schedules if someone just edits a site rather than adding a new site
