Self-Assign restriction should apply to both home and away teams

Would like to set up the group so that a referee cannot self-assign to a game the involves a team whether the team is home or away.

Provide ability to move an official on an assigned and accepted game

It would be beneficial to be able to move an official from one slot to another on the same game. For example, I have an umpire scheduled to work 3rd base and the home plate umpire declines or call in sick. I would like to be able to just "move" U3...

Un-link or remove officials off Archived Games

Even though games have been archived officials are still linked due to pay sheets and modifications like un-ranking, or removing officials cannot be done without permanently deleting games.

Allow Coaches to access Practice Schedules only

I would like the ability when defining Staff Roles on Arbiter Game to allow coaches to have access to Practice Schedules only, without giving them access to the entire schedule.

Integration with USSF

It would be very helpful if we could get USSF information into Arbiter so that we can keep track of their current grade. I'd also like to send information to the USSF to ease the work done to let them know about approved officials.
