ArbiterMobile Inbox Unread/Read status should be on server

Provide link to Arbiter login page in Assignment email

When I get an assignment email, I have to go to the browser to login to Arbiter. Would be convenient if a link is provided to Arbiter's login page.

Could you possible add the Phone # of the co-officials along with their email addresses in the event reminder email. This need be customizable.

Notes visible in the app

Currently an official can't see notes added to an assignment when using the mobile app. Using the website on a mobile device can be challenging. Make it so that notes can be accessible on the app.

Lists / Contacts

Hello. Can you add the feature to search "Lists" (contacts) by first or last name. Wildcards would be helpful as well. Also being able to export contacts into CSV or other would be helpful.
