Hide Active Dates in Reports/Registration View

Remove the active dates from the reports/registration view. The admin is aware of the active dates as they set them but it makes the columns very long and takes up unnecessary space in the report.

Bring back Invoice and Paysheet .txt option

When in Payroll "Invoice" and "Paysheet" bring back .txt option. Or create an option to import data to Quickbooks.
