Un-link or remove officials off Archived Games

Even though games have been archived officials are still linked due to pay sheets and modifications like un-ranking, or removing officials cannot be done without permanently deleting games.

Provide Game Status on 'Games' Report when generating it in Landscape mode

Currently the status of the game is pulled when you only view the games in Portrait mode. Adding it to the landscape view would also be beneficial.

Why is the distance wrong vs. actual mileage?

The distance Arbiter, which has my exact home address, shows to game sites is completely wrong. Not even close. I have one that shows 5 miles & it's 12. Others are more off miles, but not that percentage difference.
