Attach a PDF document to the Mass Email

It would be nice to be able to attach a pdf document directly to the mass email.

Signature line for emails.

It would be nice to have a way to add a default to signature for the email template when emails get sent out to a email list.

Allow setting for multiple game reminderes

Currently the system allows for one set game reminder that is 'x' number of days before the game. A nice feature would be to allow multiple reminders. For example, 3 days before a game as well as the morning of a game.
