Area on registration form for all uploads

A single spot on the registration form for the org to request, and therefore for the family to upload, all files.

changing Technical Support to FAQs or Knowledge Base on the FID Site

Requesting that the word Technical Support be changed to FAQs, Help? or Need Assistance? so users know this is our KB. Something that will help them know it's clickable/information can be accessed.
