Restore Unassigned Slots

If I have mass unassigned many officials at once, I'd like the option to undo the unassign so that I don't have to put them back one by one. Sometimes I don't know which officials had been assigned so it makes the task impossible.

Email alerting official of change

Make it totally obvious that an official must reaccept a match when a change occurs
