Mileage to be changed to "Address to Address"

Change the mileage calculations from "Zip Code to Zip Code" to "Address to Address", or at least make it an option...Thanks

Fix the mobile app so that it will create and show the Red "Block" dots in the calendar in addition to the Accepted dates.

Mobile app will not add blocks, shows as an error. Blocks entered through the main website do not show as blocks in the mobile app either.

Gender Setting on Levels is now being enforced, and should be modified or the behavior regressed
