Display Eligibility to Officials on Dashboard

We have officials who don't realize that the eligibility period is going to end. We'd like for them to see their current eligibility status when they sign in so that they can complete their requirements before it's too late.

Sort Eligibilities Alphabetically

When granting eligibilities to an official, the eligibility periods seem to be sorted in a random order. This makes it hard to find the eligibility that I want to give to the official.

Remind Registered Officials to Finish Eligibility

I'd like my registered officials to get an email or text reminding them to finish their eligibility requirements. This would help get us out of the business of either being the bad guy or having to temporarily open eligibility for just that official.

Sort Order of Eligibility Icons

The order the eligibility icons appear is random. We would like them the occur in a specific order so that it's easier for us to see if an official meets the minimum eligibilities.

Allow Groups to Change Background Check Status from Adverse to No Hits

Currently, when groups want to change a background check from an Adverse status back to a No Hits status, they have to send a request to System Maintenance. It would be useful to be able to do that as a group admin.
