A 'Next' option when viewing reports, to easily jump to the next report

While viewing a report, an easy way to jump to a new one without going back to the main page.

Download files feature: Only download new ones

Our "Download Uploaded Files' feature downloads all files, this user would like to download just the files that haven't yet been downloaded.
