Forms on Arbiter Mobile

With COVID and all of the requirements that the officials need to fulfill, access to the forms on the mobile app would be great.

Fix performance issues with mobile app

It takes several minutes for details on calendar to refresh/update. Doesn't matter if wifi or cellular connection.

iCal feed to include "new" (unaccepted) and "cancelled" game assignments as "tentative" or "cancelled"

Make event notes available in mobile app

When viewing assignments for wrestling the notes are not available in the mobile app and users must log in to the website to view them.

Allow for Addition of Other Fields for Mobile App Attendance Tracking

Similar to idea #375, the mobile app should be customizable to add other questions with attendance tracking. The most pressing ones would be Covid symptom questions but other questions could be related to injuries or doctor notes.
